The Hardware of the Software or "The Body of the Soul"

        "There is standard-formula happening again in all the natural phenomena observed, admirably functional and enlightening of the causes and effects, detected in "network" raised by resultant synapses of the Inter-relations between the elements of the planetary inorganic system more the organic biosphere. Then I tried to project this formula, in the space for beyond the Earth, and in the time before the origins of the Life, assuming that this formula is a universal constant.

        The achieved final result was surprising, fantastic, therefore suspected for the agnostic naturalistic philosopher. Although my materialistic skepticism, this formula, once that was seen and understood, pursues us without truces, because it is present in all the Nature. The Nature whispers, murmurs, blows to our ears the messages of this formula, at the same time where it evidences and shows in all the scenes, events, images, to our eyes, the alive formula and breathing. Although it seems totally natural, it has the two sides of a head: one the frontal, always sight, as its physical face, material; another one, as if it was the shade, the posterior part of the head or the invisible inside of the brain, it also manifests itself physically, as it was the physical force that is emanated from our abstract thoughts and guide our body acting this way in the matter, or as if it was a program of instructions for computers. I faced with it after seven years here in the forest, around 1985, but I did not comment it with nobody because I did not believe that the results of the theoretical models corresponded to the reality, that had in hands the key for a theory of "everything", and for knowing that they would make fun of it what would seem exaggerated pretension, and like me, everybody would react negatively or even observe it deeply. But in the last 22 years a lot of evidences were accumulated and many rightness in its forecasts on the published scientific discoveries in this period, more the fact of the formula to be "feasible", or either, scientifically provable, and besides being still incredible logical, rational, functional, that I thought to be egoism and lack of responsibility to leave this finding perishes with me in the forest when I think that this knowledge can be very useful to the improvement of the conditions of existence of our species. Discuss about something never imagined before and, therefore, it transformed my vision of the world. Perhaps has occurred a modified state of the conscience for the roughness in these extreme wild conditions caused by a abnormality of the 10,000 years of the human being culture accumulated in a brain and retracing to the semi-simio because the wild spirit and chaotic of the forest infiltrates in the person and starts dominating the person behavior, we start acting and reacting with any murderous and voracious primate, but today recovered, I see myself with an incredible capacity to feel details, mechanisms, processes, intentions and the meanings of the Nature in horizons so large that you would never believe.

        "First of all, the formula indicates that never had origins of the life – neither to this planet nor in this Universe - therefore all the properties that characterize the living beings already existed before in the systems that we believed to be inanimate, as the astronomical one, the atomic one, etc.... and be amazed at this, there are in any Tornado, any dust devil that appears from the wind in our yard. Sexualized reproductive systems or metabolisms of digestive systems, as well as all the functional organs of the organisms, are revealed as existing in the natural systems very before from these systems becoming biological in the Earth. When, 3,5 billion years ago, the first biological system appeared in this planet, the Earth belonged to an astronomical galactic system whose "building block", the fundamental unity systemic, or fundamental unity of information was (and it still may be) the evolutive material phase where it found the formula at that time, as it is showed in the drawing beside. A simple system, but with an extraordinary intelligence and engineering, so the forms, mechanisms and process of the great complexity known in the ecosystem of the Nature today, including in the evolutive human body, are there, present and acting, but are only seen in the interactive details, in the line spacing between of the informational flow. So simple that the interactions between its parts are electro-magnetic-mechanical, because, when these astronomical systems were born, only existed the states gaseous and solid of the matter, lacking, therefore the complexity that emerged with the advent of the chemical reactions after the appearance of the liquid state.

        The formula is versatile, mutant as any species under the aimed of the Evolution. Therefore it follows the universal flow of mass and energy since the origins of the Universe. We initially present its form in the evolutive period found 4 billion years ago. Why? How could astronomical systems, celestial phenomena, to be revealed by the terrestrial biosphere? What if we were as chemistries and positives evolutionists kneel on the mud of the swamp, going through it, and looking for what we judged to be microscope a primitive trunk common to all living beings, as we could find this common ancestral in a gigantic astronomical system shape?! We know that much will have to be explained, but for now what matters is to know the formula and its form as this ancestral unknown link.

        Before any pre-judgment I beg you to consider the following details:

a) The gentlemen know the models of the Newtonian mechanics, which ones apply very well to the stellar system, but it is not being adjusted to the resultant phenomena of these linked systems gathered in a galaxy.

b) It is also known that a theoretical model of galactic system was not elaborated yet, that explains the existence and the relation among the six or seven types of celestial stars. We see the sky full of spread stars apparently by chance and we have not thought that everything is connected in a functional system.

c) It is known that the process of the Biological Systems Evolution such as understood by Darwin and the neo-Darwinists is totally different from the process of the cosmological evolution such as understood by the physicists, astronomers, fact that has divided The Universal History in two blocks without connection between themselves, and to fill the abyss appeared between them it has been appealed to the mystic not testable scientifically, also including this reigning theory by chance without intention, who I embraced one day before knowing the Matrix.

d) The naturalistic community has thought that the processes and mechanisms present in the Earth in the biogenesis period had been mere developments of physical forces, however exist neither proven nor we have theoretical models of the Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry and Biology suggesting which were the forces, which the intensity levels, how they had been found in this planet.

        All these gaps that have stuck the advance of our knowledge - we perceive now through this formula – were due to unknown of the operating system with natural laws referring to the unknown evolutive levels. The Newtonian mechanics, for example, fails in each time; more discovered mechanisms because the evolutive level of the stellar systems do not dominate our stellar system nor is the raised evolutive level of the Cosmos structures. These systems are absorbed in a system hierarchically more complex, since which goes down influential forces that subtle act on objects changing its directions, meanings and functions, preventing us to know the objects in its totality and with this we can dominate them totally for our security and benefit. Like the cases of the virus of SIDA or the causes of the global warming.

        Therefore, it is of the extreme importance that we know how it is currently and how the state of the Nature was and the world that "created" the Life. The two models reproduced here - one presenting the hardware and another one the natural software - are products of methods of the unprecedented inquiry applied here in the forest. There will have a negative precipitated reaction of the lower intellectual communities from different religions, but with the time they will change in its favor, therefore they will perceive like me, that the first sources that give substance and life to their goddesses are admirably implicit in this formula; there will have negative reaction of the lower intellectual communities from different scientific subjects, pointing my isolation and not my official academic enrollment, as happened against the non-scientists Charles Darwin, Mendel, and even Foucault, who was not accepted by scientific community, but with his pendulum and brilliant plan he was the unique that obtained the waited prove during two millennia by scientific thought, that the Earth is not immovable, but turns on its own axle. Natural sciences are not profession, are not fans team, are not object of possession for any economic force or ideology, but it is an instrument of any human being soul in desperation that looks for the freedom against the slavery to these absurd conditions of existence due to dictatorship of absolute existential ignorance. Unfortunately the university education at any time and any nation has to transmit with firmness the universal postulates believed and functional in one determined mental evolutive period of training, with this conditioning the students to the reigned Cosmo-sights, that prevents the necessary ecstasy for the libertarian revolutions brokers of old Cosmo-sights. Thus, important discoveries only happen when new instruments of research are technically developed – like Galileo’s lenses - or when accidents occur in front of affectionate researchers.

        The Matrix joins the highest point of intellectual Natural Sciences and the highest point of intellectual of the Religion: it returns to God its deserved largeness that has been diminished by unprepared authors who try to put a lower level to the values of the smallness human being; it opens the doors to The Natural Sciences inviting it to get into a new kingdom more sophisticated, to the level of the mental operations of a Great Thought and its accomplishments through the software of extraordinary intelligence, rewarding the naturalists for having been from divine believers the most honest and disciplined when they had observed to the letter the sacred call: "If you really love Me and you want to know Me, observe the Universal Nature, thus I show myself through the artistic touches in my Creation." But we must never forget that the Nature is the revealed entire Universe, and not only in this limited horizon of the terrestrial biosphere, which only reveals part of the Nature and its worst part, the chaotic state, occulting the state of order, visible only when we raise the eyes to observe the harmony that reigns under the state of the order in skies. This warming has been responsible for the ideologies that aim at the examples of the animal kingdom to generate contrary behaviors and social systems to the happiness of the Humanity as a whole brotherhood and cohesion.

        The Standard-formula found - to the which from now on I suggest to name "the Matrix", because it is really a matrix of which derives all natural systems, since the cholesterol cycles, of the oxygen in the atmosphere, to the formed circuit by several functions of the different neuronal regions and glandular of the human brain – it also evolves in the direction of extreme initial simplicity for the more complex, at that its origins coincide with the origins or first manifestations of the substance of this perceivable Universe. It joins itself very well like the organized beginning of the stellar system functioning under the mechanic laws, and also joins exceptionally in the following evolutive degree, as a semi-mechanic/semi-biological principle that organizes the stellar systems in a galactic system. Following we are going to notice the same formula like the program of instructions and organizer principle of chemical molecules in a pair of nucleotides, which are the basic unit or "building block" of RNA and DNA. And as we can see in the figure, the galactic system and the nucleotide are reproduced faithfully in the level of biological organization, generating the first cellular system, which it becomes the basic unit or "building block" of organisms like system/human body.

        The gentlemen will be surprised as me when started learning to observe, to know and understand the Matrix, there are occult to the first sight, deep meanings and sensible of the existence of the things from this world, the discoveries on causes and intentions of natural objects of our day are amazing from our day by day – including organs and substances from our bodies. The Matrix elucidates the formidable mechanisms and known processes more complex, besides disclosing new natural mechanisms that suggest at most a spectacular advance in Sciences and technology.

        Discuss about a matrix for systems in which are functioning of rude and primitive form, but with potential for its own auto-evolution, all the vital properties found in the life forms of this virus since virus to primates, and everything indicates that it is linked to the origins of the mind that emerged from primates to constitute the human being. It is a true automatic machine of extraordinary engineering! It fills all the requirements to be the Link between the non-biological systems (since the particle systems formed by quarks, since the atomic systems to the astronomical systems) and the biological systems (from amino acids to the irrationals superior animal system), showing as the primitive common trunk of all species, or either, the true generator of biological systems – wrongly called "living beings" - in the surface of the Earth! That indicates that here never had an origin of life, but only one natural process macro-evolutive".

        Obviously we will be reticent in accepting a "final formula of everything", something as a theory of all, but I do not know if it is final and if it relates to all, what interests me is that it applied itself against everything what was tested by me so far.

        The Matrix is suggesting a revolutionary solution in the theories on the origins of the stars. But this solution comes to explain admirably phenomena that occur with biological systems. For example, what the creative cause of the vital cycle, which a body grows and change the form, when apparently never exist this phenomenon in the Universe?! Fetuses grow and become embryos; babies grow and become children, later adults, etc.? This question is solved in the simple physical world, therefore all the previous systems also present the same phenomenon: the seven types of stars (quasar, planet, beat, star, comet, black hole and baby-star or "moon") do not appear for spontaneous generation as tell the effective theories, by the way, simply do not appear: they are the age forms of the vital cycle from a unique star, indicating that "THE STARS TRANSFORM ONES INTO ANOTHERS, AS WELL AS DIFFERENT PHYSICS AGE FORMS OF A UNIQUE HUMAN BEING TRANSFORM THMESELVES ONES INTO OTHERS"! - Or either, into the cosmos a planet transforms into a beat, one beat in a new star as well, etc... These processes of transition between the forms of stars take about three billion years, time this impossible to be observed by human beings even in millions of generations, reason that had taken us to wrong theories about celestial stars origins.

        Surprisingly the biological sexual reproductive system is present and operating in a physicist-mechanic level in the figure beside, indicating that between interactions of the stars result in a hermaphrodite system, and the first beings appeared in the Earth had inherited this hermaphroditism. The five main forms of a biological vital cycle are increased of more two forms when an individual hermaphrodite is in its sexual reproductive phase (as the new form of a pregnant woman, or the adolescent male entering in the adult phase), therefore, in the astronomical system these two new forms are the comets and black holes. However, when the stellar systems are organized in the form of galactic systems this sexual intercourse phase becomes constant, but not reproducing the entire system and "yes" reproducing the internal declining organs of the system, therefore the astronomical systems are a specie of moto-continuous almost-eternal species, or either, they restitute their organs after certain time of use.

        The seven stars/elements are the physical manifestation generated by the seven universal systemic functions of all perfectly closed natural system in it. We will see these seven functions generating later the seven elements of a basic unit of the DNA, the nucleotide, to know: adenine, cytosine, guanine, timina and uracil, plus the two desoxi-sweeten in the connecting rods of the DNA and after these same seven functions generate the seven main elements (five organelles and two acid ones, DNA and RNA) that composes a vital cell. But before they had constructed the seven layers of the atomic electrosphere and the seven celestial stars.

        Noticed that the astronomical system in reality is a spiral, but due to the precariousness of resources in the forest we elaborate this simple "portrayal picture" and painted by hand, in the circular form, and only two dimensions, but the main concern was to enhance the existence and functionality of the vital processes in its primitive form physicist-mechanics such as:

1) the stretch of the circuit of F1 the F4 and that it returns the F1 is a reproductive sexual hermaphrodite system; 2) the system is self-sufficient, therefore it recycles the mass and degraded energy; 3) the systemic circuit is composed alternatingly of physical waves that express the dimension time and particles or parts that express the dimension space and etc.

        Therefore, our inquiry finishes with this theoretical model of a natural formula or Matrix, that explains all the natural phenomena so far known by Sciences and Natural Philosophy, such as we have been testing it about 20 years, suggesting great surprises, such as the one that the evolved astronomical system more developed was reproduced biologically in the form of vital cell in the Earth, fact that points out it as the last ancestral non-biological of all living beings.

        But as the ASTRONOMICAL, GALACTIC SEMI-MECHANIC/SEMI-BIOLOGIC SYSTEM, it passed for the macro-evolutive mutant process and it diversified generating this profuse diversity of biological systems?!

        First, applying the thermodynamic mechanisms physics, where a closed system in itself collapses by the degenerative principle measured by the entropy, it fragment itself in its bit-information or genes, generating a state of internal chaos which the system raises a new order flow however mutated. In the case of the astronomical evolutionary top, generating the biological cellular systems; second, applying the mechanisms of the natural nanotechnology, as well as a human couple has their genotype and phenotype reduced spectacularly to multiply in a cell son; third, spreading its genes in the time and in the space - what results in the infinite diversity of new species of the terrestrial biosphere - instead of keeping them locked up inside of the chromosome pack as occur in the micro-evolutive transmission between parents and children; fourth, applying the same mechanisms of the process of the genetic hereditary, therefore that command or program of instructions that operates on the genes in the DNA is also present in the command of the instructions that operates the astronomical system, deductible when extract from the physical system the circuit of flow of information, a software specie that still reveals as a specie of primitive mind of the system, which would have taken on in the biological beings until awaking itself as self–conscience in the human beings. We see in this figure the corporal physical counterpart, the hardware; however the net of internal interactions constitutes its primitive mind, its software, which projected itself in the Earth in the simplified form in the following flowchart of the figure n.2:

This question of the origin of software, of the religions interests, therefore rationally suggests the existence of an intelligent entity, although natural, as generating of this Universe – it remains insoluble and open, therefore it exceeds the borders of the Universal and Material Nature where our inquiry could operate.

        Observe that in everything the direction and meaning of the functional structure are accurately identical in the two figures, the circuit of the flow of information, the bifurcation of the flow in F4 generating a lateral branch, the positions of the nodules, etc.. One is about a basic unit of systemic information in a certain phase of the macro-evolution, an original that can be diversified in infinite number of derived copies, as are its binary Inter-relations resulting in the complexity for "fuzzy logic", and these forms derived from the original they interlace themselves in complicated nets forming so complex systems as the body and the mind of human being. One is about a species of computational engineering, with the difference of that the bit-information are "livings creature", the processes are also genetic beyond electromechanical and very complex, and therefore it presents seven variables instead of the binary "door" with two variables that we use in our computational systems.

        As software it always abandons its body-hardware when attacked by the entropic degeneration, collapses itself internally whether closed system or emigrating to new environments if opened system, to be the creative principle of the new hardware, as, for example, of the reptiles it constructed and emigrated to the mammals. All the new hardware makes to express some of the bit-information that are still free in the Cosmos, which is identical to the retrograde genes that enter later in activity generating the transformations in the human body, and absorbing these new information the hardware retransmitting them to its software, in a perpetual process of backward feeding that allows the advance of the evolution. Software constructs the new hardware which improves old software so that it constructs the new hardware...

        As we soon define it in the instant of its discovery, the Matrix in its physical face was a portion of quantum genes-vortexes at the first moments of the Universe, was one morula in super-particles, a blastula in the atom, a fetus in the galactic systems, an embryo in the biological irrationals systems and a cortex/child that still crawls, in the MAN! In its abstract way or virtual face of genetic natural software, the Matrix - as all known computational software - seems us to be resulted or creation of an intelligent mental system, or a simple genetic, existing reproduction before the origins of this observable Natural Universe, instants where it appeared fragmented and unconscious in its bit-information in the model of the vortexes of Yukawa, for, to follow, to join itself in opposing pairs of "spins" while it sleeps in the atom, it organizes atoms in "packages" and dreams in the galaxies, it starts to wake up in the biological irrationals systems and awakes itself little by little as self-conscience of the Universe in the MAN! Of this form, all the History of the Universe can be summarized in the history of the reproduction or genetic-natural gestation of the Son of the pre-universal Father/Mother, who can be God or two other universes.

        The presence of ancestors of the mind human being in all the preceding natural systems indicates that all the events of the History of the Universe are registered in those three hundred genes that had appeared with first biological systems and, therefore, all Universal History is registered in the memory human being who still crawls and does not remember its universal past. It is noticed that in the period of training of astronomical system the Matrix has its functional circuit in the form of a SERPENT rolled in spiral sucking the degraded material emanated of its proper tail, it has the revealed ELEMENTS MASCULINE and FEMININE as the integral and partial circuits, which had been ancestor of chromosomes X and Y, the "serpent" is hermaphrodite and copula uninterruptedly being in perpetual orgiastic state, fact this that alleged to the open mouth receiving gratuitously "manna", discloses a state PARADISIACAL. And the aspect of closed system in itself exactly cutting relations with exterior the whole world, disclosing the extreme egoism that we inherit with the "Egoistic Gene", and the event to follow, the entropic FALL on the terrestrial surface compelling the serpent to drag and "TO LOOK ITS FOOD WITH ITS PROPER SWEAT"... in everything it contains the symbolic figures of the narrative of the Creation in Genesis, in the Bible! The serpent, the fall, X and Y can be called Eva and Adam, the paradise, the error of the two, until the right rib lacking Adam and going to produce the female is well explicit in that event purely physic/thermodynamic happened 4 billion years ago when our ancestral ones were celestial systems.

        Would be this narrative a "memory" of some modified state of the conscience human being, where the DNA express its memory, but the events involve high processes and mechanisms only known by modern Natural Sciences, therefore wrongly interpreted by the authors, and narrate in the form of tale and according to human values of that time, or would be the narrative a revelation of extraterrestrial superior intelligences or even though extra-universal"?

        But the figures of the Matrix are also surprising reproduced in the symbols of the I Ching that gave origin to the eastern religions, as well as the knowledge of the system of the Matrix it becomes the key that solves the enigmas of the Ranches of Dzian, that gave origin to occult and esoteric sciences. Of one it forms or another one, all the people of the Earth had disclosed the Matrix about 5.000 years ago! For me, the only reasonable and deductive logical explanation is that those that had been the sources of great myths are registered in the memory of the DNA.

        Fig. n. 4: The first living beings or terrestrial biological systems were the cells, which reproduce forms, functions, circuits, of the astronomical system. The vegetal cell was the first and the most complete one (therefore the photosynthesis), while the animal cell lacks a function, becoming it open system to the evolution.

Introduction

        What it would have been responsible for simple atoms of the primitive about 3 billion years they moved in a way never observed before, being joined in unknown combinations "inventing" the molecules, later joined these inventing extraordinary RNA and DNA and inventing the first living being, and finally "inventing" this conscientious "I"! Due to the ups and downs of an absurd condition of existence, since childhood, I decided that I would find an existential explanation and a motivation to survive or I would commit suicide. To enter in the forest in places never stepped on before for the white man, to suffer two malarias, to face four times the stream bed of the death, and always return until finding the solution or being buried there, it was an act of desperation with energy and determination. But everything finished in a happy end, therefore a joined solution fully carried through me thus return to the civilization with desire to survive, to work and to construct as never, to reveal the solution to all how much it can reach, therefore it has the power of raising our species from the chaos as a new flow of order, to transform the current absurd condition of existence into a rational, justifiable and promising existence of sublime future. It has the power to make with that ours loved future generations that will load our current existence route to eternity with dignity, sing our success instead of crying our failure.

        Unnecessary it would be to say that this is not a workmanship of an only individual, therefore it was a common work of the philosopher that harvests all data painfully got for the reductionism method through thousand of years of untiring work, millions of human beings, and tries to connect them to visualize systems and from these to deduce meanings and new theories that backward feed the method of the field research. If Newton said that he supported in the shoulders of giants as Galileo, Kepler, Copernicus, we would say that we support ourselves not only in the shoulders of all giant that searched and discovered something new, but also on all not the least giant ones who had worked producing since the food to the shoes to the buildings that had supported the finders to make its work. This workmanship is more a product of the great caravan pioneering human being - that advances in the search of his freedom with dignity - which nothing could hold up.

        The known period like "biogenesis" where it has been judged that those simple atoms would have invented these extraordinary natural engineering, in accordance with the Matrix should have to be called of period of embryogenesis or gestation of the biological systems from a semi-mechanic/semi-biological father-system. Rewriting the history from that period according to the Matrix, figured out that in everything occurred the same processes for which had occurred the gestation of our proper body, therefore always occur what is natural, in the Nature nothing creates, nothing invents, everything transforms into a perpetual saga to lead an only conceived natural system concept together with the origin of this Universe for the evolution.

        But for an imprudent observer watching the gestation of a human body, which deals with mere reproduction, he/she would also think to be watching an evolution process. At last, evolution or reproduction, or still reproduction with evolutive transformation or not, all the new forms of that system, including the Universe system, are generated by the same natural process. Including the new system, mental, that it is emerging from the human brain: observe the oval skull contending the "sphere" of central nervous system whose "tail" is still out descending as spinal cord and observe on the other side, one egg new-fertilized still obtains in its center the head of the spermatozoon whose tail still meets outside of the egg. The two scenes are formidable identical, because the existential meaning is the same, revealing that in the human being head occurred a fertilization by the same genetic sexualized process, and in it is being generated the new form of natural system - the form of the self-conscience system.

        We had never noticed before having the guide-maps of the Matrix that at that time the terrestrial atoms had repeated the same process of "embryogenesis" that we, human beings, today apply to produce the bodies of our newcomer! Portions of atoms forming molecules as in an egg appear morula, the blastula. Virus and cells without nucleus doing the corresponding phases to the fetus and embryo, the birth of the first complete cellular system, the first one to be really alive, such as it occurs in the childbirth of babies. Therefore the following deduction would be logical:

        "We know that babies are the end item of the combination and genes operation, which obeys a command of instructions in code form, as well as one computerized machine, is operated by a command of instructions in called code "software". However, if we now know that the first biological baby was made by the same process, nothing more sensible than to look for at that time what it was and how it was the program of instructions, what it was and how they were the non-biological genes, and finally, which the parents who had given the genome. We know, of course, that "such son, such father, saved small mutated details", therefore would be sensible that we look for a natural system that was the image and similarity of the first biological cellular system. But these ideas had not been the ones that had led to the discovery of the Matrix; they appeared after the Matrix to make us to think "Why haven’t we thought the obvious before".

        Existed in the primitive Earth some system with the "face" of the portrayal drawn for logical deduction? What would have been the true creator of the Life? Wrong question: if the newcomer was a primitive alive system, the "father" would have to be the same as well, although that also perfectly possible who was still more primitive. But the picture of the planet alone in nothing matched with the portrayal picture, or any another natural system known here. The naked and uninhabited Earth was too much simple to contain such system or for it, in its totality to be such system.

        To judge for the time demanded for this embryogenesis - 3 billion years! - which is a proper time for astronomical systems - the mysterious system should be of astronomical dimensions, also perfectly possible for who knows that the Nature comes applying nanotechnology and gigantology for a long time. Then, logically, we start giving attention and calculating how would be the biggest system in which the Earth was contained. And a word started in pursuing us in all part in the forest: "Macro-Evolution"!

        What does it means? The evolution of the Universe as a whole, since its origin, instead of the micro-evolution occurred in the Earth with living beings. And we perceive then that we did not have a global theory of the evolution, therefore it was divided in two parts without intelligible connection between itself: the cosmological evolution and the biological evolution.

        The Universe is not this accumulated endless of stars and galaxies that we see out there. Macro-evolutively everything that is old species in extinguishing and even though fossils of extinct species. The Universe of today was collapsed, minimized itself; it fragmented and reproduced in billions of forms, and exists as the microbes that survive of a corpse. But if it in size resembled miniatures of that it was, in quality it surpassed millions of times, therefore today it acquired legs and walks, and it is entering in the phase to acquire the conscience of that it is the Universe! We are the Universe today and therefore we are here speaking of macro-evolution, or either, our evolution!

        Thinking about many years since youth in this problem, I finished for deciding that an efficient inquiry should have to follow the molds of Charles Darwin, who passed 4 years in the wild and torrid hell of Galápagos, whose ground emanated a heat that crossed the boots and burnt the feet, observing the minimum details and individuals to discover the micro-evolution. To understand the macro-evolution, very bigger in scale, all that investment should have been doubled. Nobody wanted to go with me, nobody helped in a nickel because all believed that better living soldiers supporting the block of the humanity that well or badly advances than dead heroes and wasted resources in an impossible mission.

        I insisted exactly like that and passed seven years intercalating stays in the forest with stays in the dusty bilges of university libraries or publics, observing the great relative details to the natural systems trying to unmask the macro-evolution. The mysterious evolutive form of the Universe, that was at the top of the macro-evolution one minute ago the origin of life had to have its phenotypes and projected genotype not only in the first living being, but also in the biosphere form. Thus demand the process of the genetic hereditary succession, which also could not have been invented for magic or wisdom of dull atoms of the Earth. This form should have to be found by the method of the naturalistic philosophy, connection of spread data and deduction of existential meanings.

        Fortunately the forest offered us with the models that we look for, called "the Universal Matrix of the Systems and Natural Cycles". Today, after 20 years testing the models against all the scientific discoveries that we were unaware of the past and confronting the current ones, and after hundreds or thousand of forecasts of the models to have been confirmed, beyond the thousands of evidences that already we can list, we lose the fear to confront the sensible one and inevitable negative reaction of the public and to reveal the Matrix, because we also conclude that its knowledge will bring incalculable benefits to our species, to our future generations, to have a world little nonsense from that this, which in such a way much tortured us due to our debility about our lack of acknowledgement".

        Searching the natural systems in the Amazonian Forest this author, a naturalistic philosopher, calculated and extracted to the part the electric signals of the emitting and receiving elements of the biosphere getting intricate nets of interactions on which I leaned over for long periods looking for repetitive standards, searching to understand meanings and sense of the natural phenomena. At the same time applied the method of the anatomy compared between natural, livened up and inanimate systems. My intuition was that would exist a lost Link among them, that Macro-Evolution joined atomic systems, astronomical and biological exist in an only evolutive genetic line, that all the vital properties already existed in the electromagnetic-electromechanical processes and that, therefore, it would have never exist "origins of life".

        What is the Matrix? Something so huge that is present in all the spaces and times of the Universal Nature would need an encyclopedia to define it and for being about a "system", which always confides in other systems until to gather the all, we would never know for which point to initiate. But the presentation of a model of important natural system is enough - either a cell or a galaxy - for the student understand it.

        All the natural systems are composites of two, say, essences. One is its perceivable part to our directions, physics, concrete, from now on called here of "the hardware". The another one it is only perceivable for its forces emitted and influential in the substance, such as our thoughts, that we know to exist and to possess forces, therefore they move our bodies and they shape the current world, but they are invisible, abstract, being about a species of program of instructions, called here "software". The author discovered that the parts of any natural system have shaped its forms, its pre-definitive position, its controlled activities, for a command of instructions that can be configured in a evolutive series of flowcharts capable to express the vital dynamics, creative, reproductive, besides conjugating its parts in the time conferring them vital age cycles, as these computational flowcharts that we see as bases of software or programs. Universal software, in its period of training of astronomical matrix, for example, portrays the physical configuration of the system that constitutes in the basic unit of the galaxies. But it repeated the same configuration when became the principle organizer of organic molecules in the first cellular systems, with cellular organelles executing the same functions in the cell that stars execute in the galaxy.

        After the discovery of the Matrix has been unmasked and explained everything what was considered unknown mechanisms, origins and processes in the areas of Natural Sciences and Human beings. The intent and inquisitor comment of the Matrix leads the human being to the knowledge of surprising details of the Nature and certainly it leads to a new vision of the world. For example, we will cite for however only one in case that where the Matrix is evident and can collaborate definitively to Humanity to decide one of its current disgrace, so that the reader initiates to learn to use it. It is known that the organism needs the cholesterol, therefore it is beneficial. The cholesterol is known that like any another substance flows through a systemic cycle. If it is beneficial and belongs to a system, it should be produced by the Matrix software and in a way that is closer to the form of software. However the bad cholesterol exists, that is maleficent. Being thus something in its cycle is wrong, and to try to unmask it the first thing to make is to catch, to draw the defective cycle and to compare it with the perfect cycle of Matrix software. Let’s see then:

The Matrix and the Defect in the Bad Cholesterol

        Observing in this figure like in the circuit of the substantial flow the standard of the circuit of the Matrix reveals. Therefore the aspect closed system gets its form, but becomes recessive, the controlling for its opposite, the aspect opened system; therefore we see that all parts open to relate with the exterior. The defect then that it becomes that should have to be good in bad cholesterol must be in the not beneficial intrusion of something to the system through one or more openings of those parts, or still exists a notable difference: in the Matrix, the external part is located like the Sun on the planet while in the cycle of the bad cholesterol the external part is the HDL in the position on star-baby. HDL is lipoprotein of high-density, directly related with the high cholesterol. At last one is about a new chance to approach the question for a new vision that offers new possibilities of correction of the defect, since all the existing sights until today did not produce results and the illness continues killing human beings.

        This is an example and a reading beginning to go it starting to catch the skill of the Matrix, but if exist good will it will catch and it will never release, therefore in all the natural that we beat eyes we see it present, alive, breathing, pulsing, better than the simple dead software of our computers, but in the same way that this, it appears and reveals as the desire of a mind that is behind of the software creation, or operating the computer, an invisible force as the forces are that change the human being world when emitted by a human being with a Great Thought. The Nature becomes unspeakably more beautiful as we go undressing the beliefs and myths with that us human beings have dressed it, because naked it discloses the fantastic capacity of a "Artist" beyond our imagination, as well as a beautiful woman becomes much more beautiful as she goes undressing the suits with that she was covered by the designer human beings with alternated values, and discloses a never imitated work of art by any sewer of any time. The knowledge of the Matrix raises us in a level of relative observer that many surprises and emotions for the first time are tried.

        The Matrix is well explained in the mentioned book and in this page in the Internet the author aims at to debate all the subjects related with the Nature and meanings of the existence assuming himself as a defender of the cosmos-sight generated by Matrix, or either, the author will present and defend the new version of the Matrix on all and any observed natural phenomenon, until any human beings, without distinction of social, religion, ideology, color, but simply human adheres us in this mission. He also aims at to get together sympathizers in a society without leaders, free and with equal rights without exception, for the accomplishment of the workmanships suggested for the Matrix, which are incredible innovations in the technological areas, medicinal, social, etc...
