Imagine qual foi a surpresa das civilizações maia, inca, quando das praias viram pela primeira vez, uns objetos estranhos aparecendo na superfície das águas em alto mar, se aproximando lentamente, e revelando-se numa imagem surpreendente, as quais, os brancos, chamam de caravelas. Quando as caravelas se aproximaram eram tao grandes como monstros marinhos e os indígenas correram a se esconderem nas folhagens.
E imagine a surpresa quando viram descerem coisas parecidas com animais vivos, e ao alcançarem a praia, os indígenas nas folhagens viram seres na mesma forma que eles, porem muito brancos, com peles (roupas) esquisitas… Eles sempre se julgaram os únicos seres no mundo naquela forma, suas lendas, religiões, visões do mundo foram construídas por milênios baseadas num mundo sem outros seres semelhantes…
Pense nos negros africanos que viviam nos mais distantes refúgios da densa floresta e por milhares de anos jamais poderiam imaginar que no mundo existiam outros continentes, alguns cobertos de alva neve que nunca viram, habitados por seres poderosos donos de impérios que incluía a Africa, que portanto eram os senhores deles mesmos… Como agora e possível que nesta galaxia exista um império ao qual nossa região solar pertence…
Pois agora chegou a vez do homem branco… Agora ele vai enfrentar na pele esta mesma experiencia que o fara tremer nas bases, todas sua milenares crenças, lendas, religiões tecnologias econômicas experiencias politicas, organizações sociais e modo de vida serão mudadas abruptamente! Talvez os orgulhosos e ricos senhores da Terra hoje serão postos a rastejarem na frente de multidões como os europeus fizeram com as famílias imperiais poderosas no continente americano, o qual, segundo elas acreditavam, era o único mundo onde a especie humana existia. Ou talvez – e assim rogo a meu Deus-Consciência que seja quando levando meus olhos para prescrutar os mistérios na infinita imensidade do espaço – os bilhões de atuais escravos brancos filhos da necessidade, sejam levantados em naves de luz para sentirem as inimagináveis emoções da liberdade.
Mas pode acontecer também que este encontro com o choque de uma realidade ausente das nossas religiões e visões de mundo aconteça repetindo não a experiencia dos índios no continente, mas sim a experiencia dos homens brancos que desembarcaram da caravela e viram os índios movendo-se entre as folhagens. Talvez a Natureza e Deus nos reserve uma segunda oportunidade, a de que agora levemos não a cobiça, a destruição a morte, para formas de vida menos evoluídas que encontrar-mos, e sim o amor que os ajude a se levantarem ao ponto de somarem-se a nos na grande aventura de continuar a busca no espaço infinito pelo criador de todos nos. E justamente com a intenção de ser como o branco das grandes descobertas e não como os indígenas assentados em pequenos mundos, que muitos seres humanos neste momento juntam forças nesta nova, inédita missão a busca da tecnologia, da construção das novas caravelas e bussolas, espectrômetros, etc, da busca da Vida nos milhares de planetas que estão sendo descobertos mundo afora. Creio que Deus se sente solitário que deseja que suas criaturas retornem a Ele o mais rápido possível, e nos queremos ser Sua mão estendida para todos os que estiverem atrasados nesta lenta senda da evolução.
Vamos precisar sim, por exemplo, do metal raro para fazer pontes de safena para os que dentre nos estão sendo torturados por fracos corações que podem existir em abundancia nos mundos onde desembarcar-mos, onde os seus habitantes não sabem seu valor. Mas jamais vamos repetir o comportamento de nossos ancestrais nos seus egoísmos pois agora evoluímos como consciência, agora estamos nos tornando co-pilotos da evolução da Criação.

As the cells had two different processes of origins and formation, must have been with galatxies and stars. We do not know which stars and astronomical systems formed by symbiosis and which were mere reproductions of the originals. All these details need to be enrolled in computer simulations to detect habitable stars systems and the models of Matrix / DNA Theory should also be known and tested.
The age / type of the star is also crucial because it determines the specific type of their radiation, the frequency and types of light and its photons, because for emergency for Life all details need to be at the ideal state. Our models suggest a new surprising definition of what is life, to the point of seeing it emerging as atomic and astronomical systems and knowing these models you have new approaches to detect biosignatures that ancestrals systems are transmitting to surfaces of planets to produce new combinations of inorganic elements. We are hoping fervently the success of these researchers, because we also depend on the data they obtained to develop and test our models.

The following transcript relays some of their opening thoughts. It’s the first entry in Astrobiology Magazine’s eight-part series, “The Great Exoplanet Debate.”
David Grinspoon: Thanks a lot for coming out this afternoon for this Plenary Debate. And since we are having a debate about extrasolar planets, we have two panelists who love extrasolar planets, and two panelists who hate extrasolar planets. Now which is which? No, it’s not really a debate in that sense. I think it’s a probably, hopefully a lively discussion that we will have.
I am David Grinspoon. I am the Curator of Astrobiology at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and my research focuses on atmospheric evolution, climate evolution of Earth-like planets. That’s why I’m interested in extrasolar planets, in addition to the fact that they’re cool. And if you’re a human being alive today, I don’t see how you could not be interested in them. But what I want to do now is introduce the panelists, the debaters or discussants. And I am just going to say who they are and where they’re from, and then I am going to let them each briefly introduce themselves and talk about their own research interests and why they’re interested, and how they come to the subject of extrasolar planets.
So starting here at my immediate right, we have Dr. Dirk Schulze-Makuch. Dirk is a Professor at the School of Earth and Environmental Science at Washington State University. Dirk, tell us a little about yourself.
Dr. Dirk Schulze-Makuch: Okay, thanks David. Well, my main research area is planetary habitability. So I am basically interested in any kind of planets and moons that could harbor life or where we could find some kind of biosignatures or life signatures from Mars to [Saturn's moon] Titan to [Jupiter's moon] Europa, Venus and exoplanets. And I actually enjoy very much too to look at possibilities of different bio-chemistries and how different life could be at these places.
For example, one of our research projects is a natural liquid asphalt lake in Trinidad, where we found a slew of different micro-organisms. We used the type this kind of liquid asphalt lake as an analog to Titan. And some other research sites where we look, our project is to look from the juncture from single cellular life to multi-cellular life, and we developed recently some kind of indices for planetary habitability, for bio-complexity, so when we see certain signals and signs from exoplanets that we can correctly interpret them. David Grinspoon: Okay, thanks Dirk. Next I’d like to introduce Sara Seager. Sara is a Professor of Planetary Science and Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sara, what’s your angle on all this?
Sara Seager: First, I just want to thank everyone for coming out to the panel. And one topic that we are going to address later which might be of interest to all of you is, what makes a planet habitable and are there any habitable planets? As you know in the media, we have heard that a habitable planet has been discovered again, and again, and again. And my main interest is actually finding and characterizing habitable worlds.
My research at MIT is divided into two groups. One I just call “Theory and Computation,” where we make complex computer models to predict or interpret data on exoplanet atmospheres. Today those are limited to hot Jupiters and hot Neptunes. You can call them mini-Neptunes and things like that. We also work on biosignatures and other related elements.
The other growing part of my research is in space engineering. And what we are trying to do is take part in what could be a revolution in space science by building upon the small satellites. And what I have brought here that we can talk more about later, and you are welcome to come up after the talk, is a demonstration model which is the actual size, actual volume, close to the actual mass.
This is not functional, unfortunately. It’s just to demonstrate a small satellite. And what this would do, it would be very complementary to Kepler [NASA's planet-hunting Kepler space telescope]. Where Kepler is one big telescope, looking at a bunch of faint stars, this would be one small telescope looking at one star. And the idea would be a graduated growth of a constellation, to eventually look at lots of stars at one time.
So there are a lot of things going on on exoplanets. And let’s hear from our other panelists and we’ll see where this discussion or debate goes. [9 Potentially Habitable Exoplanets (Countdown)]

David Grinspoon: Thanks, Sara. Next I’d like to introduce Vikki Meadows. Vikki is a Professor of Planetary Astronomy at the University of Washington in Seattle. And she is also principal investigator of the Virtual Planetary Laboratory. Vikki?
Vikki Meadows: My training is actually as a planetary astronomer. In fact my Ph.D. thesis was on observations of Venus using near-infrared windows, spectral windows to look down into the lower atmosphere of Venus to search for water vapor down there. And also to look for oxygen high in the atmosphere produced by photolysis. So it is kind of ironic that my sort of introduction to planetary astronomy was to look for water and oxygen on what is arguably the least habitable planet in the solar system. I did find them there though, so that is interesting.
My current work is in the area of terrestrial exoplanet characterization. And since we don’t yet have a terrestrial exoplanet we are able to characterize with something like spectroscopy, this is largely a theoretical field. So to that end, I lead a team called the Virtual Planetary Laboratory, as David mentioned, which is one of the NASA’s Astrobiology Institute teams. And our main scientific goal of this 15-member team is to answer the scientific question: “If we were to find a terrestrial planet orbiting another star in the habitable zone, how would we be able to recognize and prove that that planet was in fact able to support life or had life on it?”
So the VPL concentrates on questions on planet habitability and biosignatures for extrasolar planets. To do this, as I said, it is theoretical; we primarily use planetary models that look at planet/star interactions. Both the interaction of the radiation from the star, in the form of how it forces climate and how it effects surface radiation fields for life. And also at the gravitational interaction between the planet and star, which can affect things like tidal forces, so that the deposition of energy into a body and also affect orbital evolution of a time and look at how that affects habitability.
We also look at the Earth as if it were an extrasolar planet, because even though I expect an incredible diversity of worlds out there, the Earth is always going to be our best-studied example of a habitable planet. We just can’t get away from that. So we try and learn as much as possible about the Earth as an astronomical target.
But because the Earth is an astronomical target, it is just our modern Earth, we also care about what the Earth looked like throughout time. Because the Earth through time gives us examples of habitable planets that are very alien to our current modern world, but in fact did exist, and we have biological and geological constraints on them. So all of the theoretical work is also gathered together and the predictions that we make for what we think are new habitability markers on new biosignatures are run through instrument simulators to try and determine if they would be detectable to things like JWST [NASA's James Webb Space Telescope] and the Terrestrial Planet Finder mission. And finally I want to say that my other hat is as Director of the University of Washington’s graduate program in Astrobiology. And we have had a graduate certificate in Astrobiology now for about 13 years, but we are in the process of converting that over to a dual-titled degree, so if you are an astronomer you can get a PhD in Astronomy and Astrobiology. So I would like to encourage all of those of you who come in contact with bright young undergraduates who’d like to be astrobiologists, please consider sending them to our new PhD program.
David Grinspoon: All right, thanks Vikki. And finally, our last panelist this afternoon is Eric Ford. Eric is a Professor of Astronomy at the University of Florida. And Eric, tell us what you know.
Eric Ford: My research focuses on the formation and evolution of planetary systems — trying to use the observations of extrasolar planetary systems to gain insights into the general processes for planet formation as well as implications for our own solar system.
I get my hands dirty with a little bit of data looking at radio velocities, Doppler searches. And most recently I have had the privilege to join the Kepler planet search team, and we are very much excited about the possibility of detecting and confirming and characterizing planets based upon the gravitational interactions of multiple planets orbiting the same star, tugging on each other, causing slight deviations from periodic transits.
In my other sort of hats I have interests in statistics and computations. So I work on developing tools that can be applied both to exoplanets, my own research and sometimes other areas as well.

A Ciência só acha algo fora dessa visão de mundo, algo que não estava procurando, por acidente. Portanto, se houver a crença de que o mundo é cor de rosa, vai-se descobrir em todos os níveis da evolução tudo o que é cor de rosa e monta-se um Universo inteiro e funcionando, pensando-se que se descobriu tudo, enquanto tudo o que for das outras cores e o real completo funcionamento, será ignorado. É por isso que Hawking levou a matemática numa direção ao extremo que terminou por ver apenas o buraco negro que se forma dentro de qualquer vórtice no espaço. Nesta experiência aqui relatada, temos um notável exemplo de como ignoram o que foi o mais importante resultado.
A experiência agora, na tentativa de ver vida surgindo da não- vida, consistiu no seguinte:
Pegaram hematita (um composto de ferro e oxigênio) como as partículas básicas, e adicionaram um polímero esférico “coat”. Em seguida aplicaram luz azul nessa mistura, e as partículas começaram a se moverem, primeiro se separando e depois se reunindo numa maneira igual se comporta as moléculas e matéria viva. No link acima apresentam um vídeo filmando a experiência.
Os cientistas disseram que o objetivo era “estudar como comportamentos complicados coletivos emergem de simples propriedades individuais. Agora nós mostramos que com um sistema ativo simples podemos reproduzir algumas características de sistemas vivos”.
O QUE DIZ A MATRIX/DNA
Antes de minha análise, é preciso corrigir um grave erro. Não foi mostrado um “sistema” ativo, e sim, apenas um processo. Sistema é algo muito mais complicado que simples atração ou rejeição entre elementos, sistema e um conjunto de partes conectadas exercendo todas as funções universais… as que também imprimem o ciclo vital nestes conjuntos. Acertado isso, a conclusão dos cientistas sobre o experimento chegaria a ser irônica, se não se tratasse de nossos heróis e seus equívocos. Estão vendo apenas a mistura, seus elementos, e ignorando o instrumento que esta penetrando as partículas e movendo-as segundo seus desígnios: a luz azul!
A luz azul é apenas uma das faixas de frequências de um raio incidente de luz, portanto, ela fará todas as substancias vibrarem na mesma frequência depois que vencer as vibrações especificas anteriores que dominavam cada substancia, por isso primeiro ela separa. E depois as junta numa mesma sintonia. Como as sete principais propriedades da Vida são produtos das sete principais frequências da luz, esta claro que o composto apresentara uma propriedade vital, mais as propriedades que porventura já existiam nas reações químicas mais simples.
Repete-se agora a mesma cena que aconteceu comigo na selva amazônica 30 anos atrás. Enquanto os químicos positivistas e eu estávamos ajoelhados no chão movendo a lama de pântanos procurando o cepo primitivo comum que deflagrou a vida na Terra, notei que a luz do sol me queimava os miolos e não podia deixar de pensar nela. E então comecei a pensar no quanto a luz influi na vida, quanto ela incidia naquela lama, levantei os olhos para o céu e num estalo vi o cepo. LUCA, o Last Universal Common Ancestor era gigantesco e estava no céu, e não no pântano. Agora também estão se se esquecendo de ver a luz, o mais importante elemento na experiência.
Foi sem duvida um grande trabalho e estamos agradecendo mais este grande passo na busca de conhecimento da Humanidade. Mas enquanto o pensamento moderno cientifico comemora porque acredita que isto fortaleceu sua teoria, nos, da Matrix/DNA, comemoramos porque também cremos que fortaleceu a nossa teoria. Não importa que sairá perdendo: o que interessa é que a Humanidade saiu ganhando.

by Sarah Nicholls, Physicists at NYC University have this month published the results of their experiment on the lifelike behaviours of a newly-synthesized chemical compound. The scientists’ aim was to investigate self-organizing collective behaviours such as those seen in flocks of birds and schools of fish. They stated that the goal of the work was “to study how complicated collective behaviors arise from simple individual properties”.
Taking hematite (a compound of iron and oxygen) as the particle basis, they added a spherical polymer coat. Leaving a corner of the hematite particle exposed and subjecting the compound to blue light, the particles began moving, breaking apart and reforming in a ‘lifelike’ manner. The physicists have uploaded this clip displaying the behaviour of the “light-activated colloidal surfers.”
One of the physicists involved, Chaikin acknowledges that a definition of life is a difficult one to make. He comments that one definition of life is possessing metabolism, the ability to self-replicate and the ability to move and that the ‘colloidal surfers’ satisfy two of these criteria. They lack only the ability to self-replicate. Fellow physicist Palacci highlights the blurred boundaries between what can be classified as ‘living’ and what may be called ‘not living’ when he says “Here we show that with a simple, synthetic active system, we can reproduce some features of living systems…I do not think this makes our systems alive, but it stresses the fact that the limit between the two is somewhat arbitrary.”
With a better comprehension of the process at work, scientists could create new and improved materials. Substances including paint, milk, gelatin, glass, and porcelain are all made up of colloidal dispersions and could potentially be organized in a biological manner. This process could also be implemented in the make up of electronic products.

Now human beings will pay attention to models of Matrix/DNA Theory, which designed a model of astronomic system for our galaxy that predicted this result 30 years ago: the basic elements came from clouds of stars and meteorites. A fundamental but elusive step in the early evolution of life on Earth has been replicated in a laboratory.
Researchers synthesized the basic ingredients of RNA, a molecule from which the simplest self-replicating structures are made. Until now, they couldn’t explain how these ingredients might have formed.
“It’s like molecular choreography, where the molecules choreograph their own behavior,” said organic chemist John Sutherland of the University of Manchester, co-author of a study in Nature Wednesday.

RNA is now found in living cells, where it carries information between genes and protein-manufacturing cellular components. Scientists think RNA existed early in Earth’s history, providing a necessary intermediate platform between pre-biotic chemicals and DNA, its double-stranded, more-stable descendant.

However, though researchers have been able to show how RNA’s component molecules, called ribonucleotides, could assemble into RNA, their many attempts to synthesize these ribonucleotides have failed. No matter how they combined the ingredients — a sugar, a phosphate, and one of four different nitrogenous molecules, or nucleobases — ribonucleotides just wouldn’t form.

As Pontes de Fosfato: Como e porque surgiram
No céu, LUCA morria (ou ainda morre, se ainda existe) quando o circuito chegava na função 7 e se fragmentava. Essa poeira formava uma nuvem no espaço que girava rotacionalmente sobre seu próprio centro devido o movimento rotacional do todo em que se encontrava, talvez uma galáxia, ou talvez o próprio Universo. Isto criava um vórtice central e os fragmentos de LUCA, funcionando como genes, reconstruíam LUCA. Isto era auto-reciclagem dos sistemas perfeitos fechados em si mesmos. Assim LUCA, mesmo condenado a morrer pela forca degeneradora da entropia, se tornava quase-eterno. Mas o colapso interno destes genes, que começava pela periferia do sistema já na função 6, com a radiação estelar, fazia com que os primeiros genes decaidos ainda encontrassem em seu caminho na direção do centro, outros corpos existentes, na forma de planetas, e agregados a superfície destes, reiniciavam sua reprodução. Como agora a paisagem e condições ambientais eram diferentes do espaço vazio onde LUCA fora formado, houveram as mutações e ao invés dos genes reconstruírem o LUCA astronômico construíram o LUCA biológico, ou seja o sistema celular. Com essa evasão de genes a auto-reciclagem não mais funcionou e por fim LUCA pode ter morrido de fato. Os outros genes que vinham depois, ao inves de LUCA so tinham informações para construírem sistemas solares, faltando quasares, buracos negros, pulsares, cometas. O qual deve ser o caso dos sistemas solares modernos, como o nosso. Mas o elemento, a força que invisivelmente unia o LUCA morto com o novo LUCA vivo na auto-reciclagem, que era executada principalmente por cometas na função 5 , se tornou em biologia a base uracila, a única base intermitente no RNA que aparece e desaparece, como o cometa so aparece na fase de reprodução sexual do LUCA astronômico. Quando presente ela faz os ribonucleotideos, que são as unidades fundamentais de informação do RNA, e os pares horizontais de nucleotideos, que são as unidades fundamentais de informação do DNA, se multiplicarem, ou seja, ev o processo da auto-reciclagem mutado para multiplicação de nucleotídeos, o que faz a pilha deles, chamada RNA ou DNA, crescer. Mas como ligar um sistema fixo a outro sistema também fixo, quimicamente… A ponte de fosfato, que esta nas hastes. Esta ponte surge aplicando-se o mecanismo dos sistemas para criarem extensões em seus corpos, na forma de tentáculos, bracos e mãos, para agarrarem alimento ou transporte. Porque não estava se formando os ribonucleotideos: porque em LUCA o corpo da função 1 (um quasar contendo o vórtice nuclear) liga-se num circuito esférico com a função 7 a direita e função 2 a esquerda. Quando LUCA astronômico se reproduz com a mutação para biológico, o circuito esférico continua, porem, ovalando-se e horizontalizando-se. Sutherland’s team took a different approach in what Harvard molecular biologist Jack Szostak called a “synthetic tour de force” in an accompanying commentary in Nature.
“By changing the way we mix the ingredients together, we managed to make ribonucleotides,” said Sutherland. “The chemistry works very effectively from simple precursors, and the conditions required are not distinct from what one might imagine took place on the early Earth.”
Like other would-be nucleotide synthesizers, Sutherland’s team included phosphate in their mix, but rather than adding it to sugars and nucleobases, they started with an array of even simpler molecules that were probably also in Earth’s primordial ooze.
They mixed the molecules in water, heated the solution, then allowed it to evaporate, leaving behind a residue of hybrid, half-sugar, half-nucleobase molecules. To this residue they again added water, heated it, allowed it evaporate, and then irradiated it.
At each stage of the cycle, the resulting molecules were more complex. At the final stage, Sutherland’s team added phosphate. “Remarkably, it transformed into the ribonucleotide!” said Sutherland.
According to Sutherland, these laboratory conditions resembled those of the life-originating “warm little pond” hypothesized by Charles Darwin if the pond “evaporated, got heated, and then it rained and the sun shone.”
Such conditions are plausible, and Szostak imagined the ongoing cycle of evaporation, heating and condensation providing “a kind of organic snow which could accumulate as a reservoir of material ready for the next step in RNA synthesis.”
Intriguingly, the precursor molecules used by Sutherland’s team have been identified in interstellar dust clouds and on meteorites.
“Ribonucleotides are simply an expression of the fundamental principles of organic chemistry,” said Sutherland. “They’re doing it unwittingly. The instructions for them to do it are inherent in the structure of the precursor materials. And if they can self-assemble so easily, perhaps they shouldn’t be viewed as complicated.”

Se êle não existisse, as primeiras formas de vida seriam muito ineficientes e não teriam evoluído, nós não estaríamos aqui hoje. A explicação que vais conhecer aqui jamais foi dita em qualquer outro lugar e tempo, mas é linda, é mais um daquêles alentos para a vida que nos faz sorrir de satisfação por existir-mos num mundo de tantos segrêdos inteligentes, como são todas as novas explicações que a fórmula da Matrix/DNA está sugerindo para todos os fenômenos naturais.
A NASA está investindo pesado na busca de vida em outros astros, depois que começou a serem descobertos centenas de planetas semelhantes á Terra, indícios de água em Titan e Marte, fragmentos de metóritos vindos do espaço sideral contendo moléculas bases para origem da vida, etc. Mas existe um problema, o qual inclusive motivou auma conferencia e um concurso para se discutir quais são as possíveis formas de vida, qual a melhor definição para o que é “Vida” ?! . Possibilidades de arsênio ( um veneno fatal para nós) compondo o DNA de bactérias deixa a imaginação aberta para possibilidades tão estranhas como a de que pode ter “seres vivos” feitos de ferro, plastico, ou borracha. Eu particularmente gostaria de achar um planeta povoado com seres vivos feitos de… chocolate… e com uma cabeleira de chantilly.
Será que qualquer forma de vida só será possível se suas moléculas fundamentais tiverem como nucleo central o átomo de carbono, como são as moléculas de todos os seres vivo na Terra? A fórmula da Matrix/DNA está dizendo que se uma molécula quiser evoluir para proteína, RNA, etc., ela terá que ter o carbono como elemento principal e inevitável. Porque?
Vamos iniciar recapitulando como é um átomo de carbono, qual o detalhe que só êle tem e o diferencia de todos os demais tipos de átomos.
E agora vamos rever a a cara quimica das primeiras conexões entre átomos que aconteceram na superficie ou nas profundezas oceânicas da Terra que foram crecendo, evoluindo para compostos mais complexos e formaram os primeiros aminoácidos, que foram as unidades fundamentais das proteínas, do DNA…
Aminoácido e sua Estrutura Geral
Os primeiros compostos atômicos chamados de “moléculas” que foram bem suscedidos como aminoácidos e capazes de darem os próximos passos da evolução da Vida foram os que denominamos de bases nitrogenadas, aquelas que se situaram no meio das duas hastes do DNA. São a alanina, a guanina, citozina, timina e a uracila no RNA. vamos mostrar a cara da alanina e apenas mais uma outra delas:

Você está observando aí como foram os lentos passos da evolução? Primeiro se fixou num lugar o Carbono, em seguida foram agregados alguns átomos formando a alanina, depois se acrescentou mais um átomos formando a guanina, e assim por diante, nessa sequencia, mas mantendo a fórmula inicial, se formaram os outros 20 aminoácidos que compõem as proteínas, das quais se chegou ao primeiro sistema celular, o primeiro ser vivo completo. Mas porque, em primeiro lugar se fixou o carbono e não outro átomo qualquer?
Naquela época antes das origens destes primeiros compostos, a Terra era uma desolação, como o desconforto que temos quando vemos as superficies da Lua e de Marte. Apenas os infindáveis oceanos cheios da mesma massa de água, os continentes pelados, de rochas e areia, e alem disso, o ar, os ventos uivandos, as chuvas, algumas tempestades, nada mais. Ficou assim por bilhões de anos. Mas quase como que de repente uma coisa nunca acontecida antes… aconteceu. Se até então todos os átomos da Terra só se ligaram para formar aquelas massas liquidas, sólidas, gazozas, sem formas , sem quaisquer outros propósitos, de repente alguns átomos parece que ficaram tontos, abobalhados, e começaram a se ligarem de uma forma diferente, movidos por intenções, fôrças, diferentes, que nunca haviam estado na Terra antes. Fôrças inéditas, talvez invisiveis, chegaram aqui vindas de algum lugar, isto é tão claro como dois mais dois são quatro. Se estivessem aqui antes nada justifica que não atuassem desde a formação do planeta. Mas que fôrças misteriosas são estas, quais são suas misteriosas fontes?! Deuses astronautas vagando no espaço sideral e plantando sementes de vida para ver se algum astro é fértil? Ou um Deus criador dos Universos desembarcando aqui nêste pontinho insignificante perdido na imensidão cósmica, igual a bilhões de outros, chamado por nós de Planeta Terra, e agachando-se no solo, revirando o barro, assoprando-o, e fazendo aparecer de repente as milhares de formas de vida diferentes, desde a bactérias a dinossauros, pinguins e capivaras, mosquitos, e por ultimo caprichando um pouco mais no sôpro de um montinho de lama e fazendo o ser humano, para ser o senhor da Terra? Ora, isso é reduzir demais a grandeza de um Deus criador de Universos, é subestimar a sua inteligência.
Os ventos não poderiam ser as fôrças que dirigiram átomos a se conectarem de uma nova maneira, primeiro porque sempre existiram e teriam feito isso a bilhões de anos atrás, segundo porque os ventos são desastrados, se fazem algo aqui continuam a fustiga-lo desmanchando-o. As águas dos rios se movem, mas por correrem sempre, tambem desmancham o que fazem. Os oceanos eram parados, não havia ainda a fôrça da Lua movendo suas àguas, produzindo as marés e suas ondas, portanto tambem não foram dêles que veio a fôrça que moveu átomos de carbono para perto de átomos de hidrogênio, nitrogênio, oxigênio, e os obrigaram a compor exatamente um modêlo de novo corpo, e não qualquer outra das milhares de formas possíveis. E não havia outras fôrças por aqui, a não ser algumas que jamais poderiam ter atuado aí, como a gravitação, o campo magnético. Então continua o maior mistério de todos os tempos: quem ou o que desembarcou na Terra naqueles dias?!
Uma novidade aconteceu naquêles tempos, algo que nunca tinha acontecido nos bilhões de anos anteriores. No céu da Terra apareceu a LUA !!! Dizem algumas teorias que ela teria emergido da terra na forma de matéria impulsionada para cima devido à queda de um gigantesco meteórito, outras que foi produto de erupção vulcanica,outras ainda que foi ajuntamento de fragmentos que orbitavam por aqui. Os modêlos cosmológicos da Matrix/DNA sugerem outra explicação, que luas são bebês astronomicos que surgem nos sistemas astronomicos porque seus astros estão sujeitos ao mesmo processo de ciclo de vida que nossos corpos estão, mas isto é outra história. O fato é que quando a LUA apareceu ela trouxe sua fôrça que movimentou as àguas dos oceanos, jogando-as contra as rochas dos continentes e puxando-as de volta… misturando os átomos da terra nas horas de maré alta e dando-lhes tempo para se firmarem nas horas de maré baixa, antes de se desfazerem. Antes da Lua qualquer projeto de vida na terra teria ficado patinando eternamente sem sair do ponto de partida. Sagrada Lua! Ajoelho-me abaixo de ti e prometo que jamais deixarei seres humanos ferirem-na.
Mas só a Lua não seria suficiente para os primeiros compostos evoluirem na direção da extraordinaria engenharia que foram construindo a primeira fantástica célula viva. Tem que ter vindo outras fôrças, enviadas por outras fontes que nunca tinham estado aqui, como a Lua. E assim como a fôrça da Lua veio nas suas duas versões como tudo neste mundo tem sua dualidade oposta, que produziu a maré mas tambem a contra-maré, as outras misteriosas fôrças tambem devem ter vindo completas, em suas versões aos pares. Bem, os modêlos da Matrix/DNA me inspirarem a escrever uma fábula que acho muito bonita sôbre estas fôrças, de onde vieram e em que intensidades, como o Universo inteiro conspirou para que o projeto de Vida aqui vingasse. Chama-se “As Origens dos Sistemas Biológicos” mas por ser longa não posso reproduzir aqui. No entanto, quando eu observava aquela figura com a cara do carbono, me perguntando o porque,o que ele tem de especial que os outros não tem, de repente numa bela madrugada no meio da selva amazônica, uma lampadinha acendeu lá dentro do meu cocuruto. Corrí a buscar as fôlhas de papel onde tinha desenhado a teórica fórmula da Matrix/DNA, coloquei-as lado a lado com o desenho do átomo de carbono, em cima da pedra que usava como a bancada das minhas “altas pesquisas cientificas a base dos mais simples nicroscópios”… e fiquei olhando, olhando, de boca aberta, e de repente soltei um “Oh!”… de admiração. Para o leitor entender o que descobrí e talvez descobrir por si mesmo – qual o fantástico mistério do carbono – terei que trazer a seguir os desenhos que tinha naquela época da Matrix/DNA.

Isto aí é uma fórmula do que seria um punhado de matéria comum mas feita com as informações certas pairando em cima de uma onda de luz comum e recebendo fótons dessa onda de luz, os quais moveriam a matéria no sentido dela repetir as mesmas sequencias de vibrações da onda. Para descobrir o que aconteceria com essa matéria preciso revirar meu baú aqui e lhe mostrar uma outra figura sugerida pela Matrix/DNA. Para chegar ao átomo de carbono, vamos ter que dar uma pequena volta pelos mais profundos segrêdos do Universo e sua Natureza, tocar a mais tênue substancia dêste mundo que é a luz, a qual está me parecendo ultimamente que é os braços e as mãos de Deus nas Suas criações… ou seja lá o que for que cria universos como o nosso.
Nesta figura você deve imaginar uma fonte qualquer, como por exemplo um vortex, situado à direita dessa linha serpenteante que é a imagem que aparece na tela de um instrumento que capta o avançar de um raio de luz. Não se vê isso a olhos nus por isso sentimos e vemos efeitos de que é um raio dirigido ao mesmo tempo que são ondas concêntricas. O importante é notar que no inicio do raio, no ponto mais próximo da fonte, a luz sai em mais elevado estado vibratório, vemos o gamma-ray, e depois vai diminuindo, enfraquecendo suas vibrações at;e se frabmentar em fótons, depois da frequencia do radio. Pois quando ví uma figura como essa num livro de Física, me acendeu outra vez uma lampadinha dentro do meu cocuruto, peguei os desenhos da Matrix/DNA e montei essa figura, colocando aqueles nomes lá ( F1, F2, genoma, gestação, baby, etc.) Porque? Porque eu ví no avançar desta onda a mesma intensidade de vibração e energia que vejo no avançar de um corpo humano para sua velhice. O que faz mudar as intensidades e formas nos corpos humanos é um processo que denominamos “ciclo vital” e nada me impede supor que o que faz as intensidades e côres de uma onda de luz seja o mesmo processo. Aliás, na luz está a origem do processo que depois passa para todos os corpos materiais, por isso estou teorizando ultimamente que a Luz contem o código da vida, que imprime vida à massa inerte.
Mas o que tem tudo isso a ver com o átomo de carbono, sua abundancia formando seu corpo? Agora vamos chegar lá.
Observe que a fórmula software da Matrix/DNA, na sua versão como sistema perfeito, é um circuito de energia, um canal por dentro do qual passa um fluxo de informação. Ali vemos quadrados intercalados com setas, os quadrados representando a energia em forma de onda e os quadrados representando estas ondas quando se tornam particulas de massa, ou corpos materiais. Vemos na figura azul acima que onde estão os quadrados aparecem os corpos, sejam organelas numa célula, astros no espaço sideral, mas note-se que estes corpos vão sendo transformados, mudando de forma e até composição interna. Ora, transformação de um unico corpo em várias formas difertentes só é possivel se a força de um ciclo vital estiver dentro dêle. Ou uma onda de luz.
Arrepiado(a)? Eu sim.
Mas aí a fórmula nos mostra que um corpo sob ciclo vital se desfaz, se fragmenta, porem se permanecer no mesmo lugar, se for mexido por forças externas, se fosse dirigido a se recompor, a ressuscitar, seria possivel porque todas as informações necessárias estão ali. Então o ciclo se fecharia, formando uma circunferencia fechada, perfeita. E o circuito continuaria a fluir, eternamente. Nêste momento percebemos que nossa fórmul;a de ciclo vital se torna um… SISTEMA! Outro arrepio. Estou cansado de assistir a debates sôbre como a célula se organizou, como funcionaria um processo de auto-organização em sistema. Isto aí na fórmula da Matrix não poderia ocorrer na Terra onde os corpos se desfazem e se mistura, com a terra, mas no espaço sideral, pode. No inicio o céu era povoado por um unico tipo de astro, uma espécie de estrêla formada apenas com os átomos leves. Mas a luz estava nelas ou elas se moviam na luz e a cada vez que a onda avançava mudava a vibração e de cada viração resultava uma forma diferente da mesma estrela. Depois era só esperar que na enorme população com sete tipos de astros diferentes, em algum lugar estes sete astros se encontrassem e iriam se conectar obedecendo no social a mesma sequencia que os fizera no individual. Assim o cilco vital é o criador dos sistemas. Segure o fôlego. A Matrix é uma pestinha, não para quieta, e vai continuar nos bombardeando com sua matraca.
A fórmula nos mostra sete figuras ( pois em sete trechos dividimos uma onda de luz), sendo seis quadrados e um vortex, seis formas alinhadas em circunferencia e uma como meridiano. Mas cada forma executa uma especifica função no sistema, diferente das outras funções das outras formas. Se fosse um corpo vivo diriamos: função da gestação, funcão do nascimento, do crescimento, da maturação, da degeneração, etc. E aqui descobrimos a grande importnacia das funções sistêmicas universais, se parecem com os obreiros do Universo.
Agora vamos observar os átomos. Suponha que a Matrix seja a fórmula que organiza as particulas na forma de sistema atômico. Ela faria muitas tentativas, mas obteria muitos sistemas derivados da forma dela, porque em alguns faltariam particulas que haveria num dado ambiente, noutros sob elevadas temperaturas entrariam muitas particulas, até que finalmente um seria sua cópia fiel. O que significa cópia fiel? Ora, um sistema que tenha nucleo e periferia, e particulas representando cada uma de suas funções universais. Menos a função do meridiano, se ela não quiser um sistema estanque, inutil, que fique se reciclando eternamente sem sair do lugar. Ela precisa de umátomo com exatamente seis particulas. E o unico átomo no mundo, numero atômico seis é o átomo do… Carbono!
O átomo de carbono é a Matrix/DNA descida à Terra na sua forma de átomo. Por isso êle tem tudo para se colocar no centro como o template, pegar os outros átomos com numeros atômicos que perfaçam outra cópia do sistema se forem alinhados na mesma sequencia. átomos que vão de sete a doze, como o Nitrogenio 7, o Oxigênio 11, etc., e sempre usando o meio-átomo Hidrog6enio 1 como cola, ponte, para unir êstes atomos. E assim a Vida avançou.

Evidence for hydrogen oxidation and metabolic plasticity in widespread deep-sea sulfur-oxidizing bacteria

Abstract
Hydrothermal vents are a well-known source of energy that powers chemosynthesis in the deep sea. Recent work suggests that microbial chemosynthesis is also surprisingly pervasive throughout the dark oceans, serving as a significant CO2 sink even at sites far removed from vents. Ammonia and sulfur have been identified as potential electron donors for this chemosynthesis, but they do not fully account for measured rates of dark primary production in the pelagic water column. Here we use metagenomic and metatranscriptomic analyses to show that deep-sea populations of the SUP05 group of uncultured sulfur-oxidizing Gammaproteobacteria, which are abundant in widespread and diverse marine environments, contain and highly express genes encoding group 1 Ni, Fe hydrogenase enzymes for H2 oxidation. Reconstruction of near-complete genomes of two cooccurring SUP05 populations in hydrothermal plumes and deep waters of the Gulf of California enabled detailed population-specific metatranscriptomic analyses, revealing dynamic patterns of gene content and transcript abundance. SUP05 transcripts for genes involved in H2 and sulfur oxidation are most abundant in hydrothermal plumes where these electron donors are enriched. In contrast, a second hydrogenase has more abundant transcripts in background deep-sea samples. Coupled with results from a bioenergetic model that suggest that H2 oxidation can contribute significantly to the SUP05 energy budget, these findings reveal the potential importance of H2 as a key energy source in the deep ocean. This study also highlights the genomic plasticity of SUP05, which enables this widely distributed group to optimize its energy metabolism (electron donor and acceptor) to local geochemical conditions.

É incrível como a Natureza trabalha! Ela construiu na Terra corpos materiais que se movem, se torcem, se contorcem, ou seja, são “flexíveis”, tendo naquela época das origens da Vida apenas corpos rígidos como as rochas, grãos de areia, e fluídos/gazes movidos por fôrças externas, como as águas dos rios, dos oceanos, os ventos na atmosfera.
Dentro da Matrix/DNA êste autor meio-maluco (já sei, já sei… quem me conhece já murmurou: “Meio maluco?! Que piada! Você é doido por inteiro!”) vive batendo o ôlho nas coisas e se perguntando: “Por que?! Como? De onde veio? Tem sentido? Qual?” Mas as respostas que encontro são sempre dentro de uma unica linha de raciocinio, formada por uma crença não muito racional: a de que tudo o que existe foi produzido por uma longa cadeia de causas e efeitos que vem evoluindo desde o Big Bang. Mas o leitor não deve “acreditar” nas respostas que encontro, eu mesmo não “acredito” nelas, pois nem mesmo o Big Bang está comprovado. Mas desde que nascí meus cinco sentidos tem percebido um mundo exterior/interior e o resultado de tôdas estas experiencias estão dentro de uma unica linha de causas e efeitos… por isso elegí esta hipótese como a mais aconselhável mestra fornecedora de respostas.
Então me pergunto: “Raios! Só tinha coisas auto-imóveis, não havia nada sólido que fôsse flexível ( quando um terremoto mexe com uma porção continental êle não torce e distorce o continente, êle quebra-o, certo?). Pelo que sei até agora, apenas quando começou a surgir a matéria na sua forma organica ( moléculas?) e depois com os sistemas biológicos, é que o fenômeno da “flexibilidade” e do auto-movimento de corpos surgiu nêste mundo. Certo? E isto não faz sentido! Por que a longa cadeia de causas e efeitos começou a produzir coisas flexíveis e auto-moventes? De onde ela tirou fôrças e elementos e métodos para fazer isso?!
Já disse alguem que o inferno mental elétrico ( não o inferno de fogo para pecadores da carne) existe para quem faz êstes tipos de perguntas e quer respostas. Mas parece que sou sádico porque teimo em viver nêste tipo de inferno. Nêle tenho encontrado muitos prazeres, os maiores. Por exemplo: “Você já notou que o conjunto formado pelo esqueleto do crâneo mais o seu “rabo” formado pela coluna vertebral, tem exatamente a imagem de um espermatozóide, e ainda, a imagem de um cometa? Acho que não, eu nunca ouví isso sair da bôca de outra pessoa senão da minha, e tenha alguma utilidade ou não, foi apenas nêsse inferno que pude sentir um arrepio gosotoso me subindo pela coluna quando percebí essa repetição de padrões devido às minhas perguntas. Pois naquêle momento um quadro todo, maravilhoso, se desenhou aos meus olhos, e moveu-se como um filme, e pulei do assento murmurando uma frase: “Caramba! A Natureza está gerando a auto-consciência humana dentro do cérebro pelo mesmo processo reprodutivo sexual que ela fêz galáxias e seres vivos! Eu acho que a base de tudo já existia na longa cadeia: é a luz natural, propagada na forma de ondas, onde a gente pode ver, na tela de um computador, como as ondas representadas se torcem, distorcem, e seguem em movimento como se fôsse por conta própria. Ultimamente tenho dedicado horas a fio e capitulos aqui vão se acumulando sôbre minha curiosidade pela luz, principalmente depois que a Matrix me levou a suspeitar que a luz possue o código que imprime vida à matéria inerte. Mas aqui vamos questionar a coluna vertebral, um aspecto do tôpo do edificio evolutionario, e não dos seus alicerces, onde jaz a luz. Mas então já estaria respondida uma parte da questão, o “qual a raiz primeira, de onde veio, a fôrça quer a Natureza usou para produzir corpos materiais flexíveis e auto-moventes. E a base dessa flexibilidade está na coluna vertebral e os musculos que a compõem estão na base do auto-movimento.
Mas a natureza tinha milhares de alternativas, opções, para conseguir tais efeitos. Podia ter feito molas, molejos, como nos carros, ou bolsas de ar dentro de tubos como nos trens, etc. Podia ter inventado o auto-movimento à lá Michael Jackson, onde tudo se moveria linearmente e por impulsos, dançando como robots. Podia ter feito corpos com movimento continuo como as aguas do rio, de maneira que, mesmo dormindo, meu corpo ficasse serpenteando na cama ( horizontalmente, bem entendido: não confunda as coisas!). Mas ela foi gulosa, quis tudo, escolheu um tipo de estrutura flexível que permitisse todos os tipos de movimentos que o ambiente exterior permita.
A coluna vertebral é uma obra de engenharia fantástica, apesar de que um engenheiro humano hoje, conhecendo muito da Natureza, inclusive sôbre a estrutura da coluna vertebral, podia dar uns bons retoques e melhorar alguma coisa. Todo mundo conhece as dores de coluna, e como ela pode quebrar fácil. Talvez a evolução ainda providencie estas melhorias. Mais fantástico ainda se torna se sentar-mos numa poltrona e assistir de camarote um filme sôbre o trabalho esmeiroso e artistico da Natureza que durou milhões de anos para fazer a coluna que temos hoje, a partir de átomos da Terra, que estavam incrustrados em rochas, na água, nos gazes dos ventos! O primeiro ser vivo era uma célula e não vemos na célula a presença e origens de algo parecido com coluna vertebral. É curioso como a Natureza resolveu isso, quando começou a multiplicar a célula original e a manter cópias unidas e depois começou a fazer esse conjunto composto de cópias a se tornar uma espécie de célula maior, repetindo todas suas organelas, no que se tornaram os organismos, ou seja, seres multicelulares. Era preciso ter uma estrutura interna fazendo a função de “eixo”. Vejamos o que é eixo, para que servem:

No. It just implies that the common ancestor of all living beings is in the sky. Which means that had no abiogenesis, but, cosmological embryogenesis with a big mutation due the ancestor was made with solid and gaseous states of matter, and the first living being was nurtured in a womb where emerged the liquid state, hence chemistry.

This method is rational because it is the right thing to do if you make the rational question: the first living being was a system, the cell system. So, its creator must be a system. This ancestor is seen when galaxies are observed from Biological perspective, I mean, by the reverse way of evolution, knowing the last product (cells) and calculating the ancestors…It is the opposite way used by Physics perspective.There was a nebulae of lighter atoms about 12 billions years ago. Dave, the human idea about evolution was made based in analogy between species, fossils, DNA, etc. Why? It is the unique rational alternative we have for inquiring the unknown past times. Where Biological systems came from? Be it what to be, it was inside an astronomical system. You will not agree with that if you believe in magics, by gods or randomness. This issue is very important because if we knew the truth about the sun we could built a mechanical copy getting another kind of energy. And an important factor should be a better understanding about life origins and operations. There is a problem with the method used today: they are calculating the sun from Physics perspective only. My area is neuropsych, though, and I intend to study clinical psych (in fact, just got an RA position in a neuropsych and social cognition lab so we’ll see how that goes). From what I understand so far about it, cognitive behavioral therapy is actually fairly difficult and challenging, in that the therapist or clinician challenges the client’s beliefs and cognitions where they are maladaptive.
How do you know that the client’s beliefs and cognition are the wrong ones and not the social system’s beliefs, which erected the wrong social system?!
Because the cognitions are maladaptive. Examples would be, “I am worthlesss”, “I am God”, or “I hear voices which tell me to kill myself”. Also, cultural considerations are made. For instance, an American might say that a particular Japanese person is neurotically shy when it may turn out that he is just culturally reserved. I will learn a lot more about this later, but I know some now. Just please know my knowledge is incomplete.
Ok. I think the area of neuropsych is very important for future of human kind but it needs urgent self-analyses. You will think that this idea is odd, but, for neuropsych professionals to understand what is going on in the brain they will need study astronomy also. Nature produced the brain which neurons must mirror the connections among natural phenomena for to be healthier. Culture can works as a kind of malignant virus, when culture has the wrong interpretation of reality. Am I wrong?
I don’t understand your idea of self-analyses in terms of astronomy. You are correct that neuropsych scientists and clinicians must understand the brain. We do, however, spend a great deal of time understanding basic brain processes such as neurodevelopment and the basic concepts in learning like plasticity, sensitization, and habituation with model animals in controlled experiments such as those done with aplysia.

Well, the idea of culture being wrong about something is very touchy. There are psychologists who devote themselves to cultural psychology, such as culturally specific mental illnesses. The definition of a mental illness may help here, which is that it is only a mental illness if it 1. Causes you mental stress and 2. Interferes with your daily functioning.
And how is the definition of the whole society mental illness? How to diagnose the social mental illness? How we know if a social behavior is naturally healthier or more one collective mental illness that is not synchronized with the laws of Nature? But.. there is no way for to know what is Nature here and now if we don’t know what is our astronomical system. Yes, but it doesn’t quite mean that the universe is “not” thinking also. We don’t know. My personal investigation using anatomy comparative method already suggested that the first cell is an exactly copy of primordial galaxies – if astronomical bodies are under the process of life cycle formation. I have lots of evidences suggesting it is. And “if” the cell is a copy of galaxies, the brain must be a copy of Universes. There is nothing more reasonable: the creature is the face of the creator

This is a big opportunity for you being a famous and helpful professional for Humanity. I am suggesting a new approach for neuropsych area that nobody tried before. I can’t do it because I am researching thousands of other issues and I have no knowledge/resources you have about this field.
I disagree. That would be an opportunity for me to commit career suicide before I even start. I would prefer by continuing to study cognitive rehabilitation in post surgical epileptics and learn what I can from that experience.

I appreciate your wikipedia search for my sake, but I am well aware that of what cognitive rehabilitation is and in what ways it has been shown effective. We will be the first to test the effectiveness of cognitive therapy in epileptics. I am aware that the Dept. of Defense will not cover cognitive rehabilitation, but I’m unaware of what relevance any of this has. Our lab’s work is our lab’s work and you are welcome to read the paper when it is published. I’m not exactly sure what your point is.
What is my point? Cognitive therapy is actually fairly difficult and challenging due wrong approach due wrong interpretation of the brain due wrong interpretation of origins and meanings of brains.
