E de repente descubro um “scientific paper” na Internet:

“The self-organizing fractal theory as a universal discovery method: the phenomenon of life”

Basta trocar na frase a palavra fractal pela palavra Matrix/DNA e esta frase pode ser o título dêste website. É exatamente a mesma coisa!

Mas trata-se de um documento cientifico registrado e com peer-review e uma exagerada lista com mais de 200 referências a outros documentos cientificos!

Abstract

A universal discovery method potentially applicable to all disciplines studying organizational phenomena has been developed. This method takes advantage of a new form of global symmetry, namely, scale-invariance of self-organizational dynamics of energy/matter at all levels of organizational hierarchy, from elementary particles through cells and organisms to the Universe as a whole.

It is postulated that the energy/matter flowing through and comprising the Universe evolves as a multiscale, self-similar structure-process, i.e., as a self-organizing fractal. This means that certain organizational structures and processes are scale-invariant and are reproduced at all levels of the organizational hierarchy. Being a form of symmetry, scale-invariance naturally lends itself to a new discovery method that allows for the deduction of missing information by comparing scale-invariant organizational patterns across different levels of the organizational hierarchy.

An application of the new discovery method to life sciences reveals that moving electrons represent a keystone physical force (flux) that powers, animates, informs, and binds all living structures-processes into a planetary-wide, multiscale system of electron flow/circulation, and that all living organisms and their larger-scale organizations emerge to function as electron transport networks that are supported by and, at the same time, support the flow of electrons down the Earth’s redox gradient maintained along the core-mantle-crust-ocean-atmosphere axis of the planet.

Introduction

It is a self-evident fact that life, as we know it, has a natural tendency to expand in space and time and to evolve from simplicity to complexity. Periodic but transient setbacks in the form of mass extinctions notwithstanding, living matter on our planet has been continuously expanding in terms of its size, diversity, complexity, order, and influence on nonliving matter. In other words, living matter as a whole appears to evolve spontaneously from states of relative simplicity and disorder (i.e., high entropy states) to states of relative complexity and order (i.e., low entropy states). Moreover, when considered over macroevolutionary timescales, the expansion and ordering of living matter appears to proceed at an accelerating pace [1,2].

Does natural selection organize ecosystems for the maintenance of high productivity and diversity?

Abstract

Three types of evidence suggest that natural ecosystems are organized for high productivity and diversity: (i) changes not previously experienced by a natural ecosystem, such as novel human disturbances, tend to diminish its productivity and/or diversity, just as ‘random’ changes in a machine designed for a function usually impair its execution of that function; (ii) humans strive to recreate properties of natural ecosystems to enhance productivity of artificial ones, as farmers try to recreate properties of natural soils in their fields; and (iii) productivity and diversity have increased during the Earth’s history as a whole, and after every major biotic crisis. Natural selection results in ecosystems organized to maintain high productivity of organic matter and diversity of species, just as competition among individuals in Adam Smith’s ideal economy favours high production of wealth and diversity of occupations. In nature, poorly exploited energy attracts more efficient users. This circumstance favours the opening of new ways of life and more efficient recycling of resources, and eliminates most productivity-reducing ‘ecological monopolies’. Ecological dominants tend to be replaced by successors with higher metabolism, which respond to more stimuli and engage in more varied interactions. Finally, increasingly efficient predators and herbivores favour faster turnover of resources.

The apparent conflict between theory and empirical reality is normally dismissed by pointing out that the second law does not really contradict biological evolution because local decreases in entropy (i.e., ordering) are possible as long as there are compensating increases in entropy (i.e., disordering) somewhere else, so that net entropy always increases. Albeit, how exactly the apparent decrease of entropy on the planet Earth is compensated by an increase in entropy somewhere else is less clear.

Since “somewhere else” can potentially include the whole Universe, the Universe as a whole is believed to undergo natural disorganization on the way to its final destination, i.e., to a state of maximum entropy, where all changes will cease, and disorder and simplicity will prevail forever. A gloomy future indeed, so that one may ask oneself why to bother, to excel, and to create, and why not simply enjoy by destroying, since this is the natural and inevitable order of things anyway? Yet, most of us do bother, excel, and create, for this makes our lives meaningful. Não existe motivação para o homem ser destrutivo, ao contrário. Studies on self-organization in relatively simple nonequilibrium systems show that creating a gradient (e.g., a temperature, concentration, or chemical gradient) within a molecular system of interacting components normally causes a flux of energy/matter in the system and, as a consequence, the emergence of a countervailing gradient, which, in turn, may cause the emergence of another flux and another gradient, and so forth. The resulting complex system of conjugated fluxes and coupled gradients manifests as a spatiotemporal macroscopic order spontaneously emerging in an initially featureless, disordered system, provided the system is driven far enough away from equilibrium [3-5].

One of the classical examples of nonequilibrium systems is the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, in which malonic acid is oxidized by potassium bromate in dilute sulfuric acid in the presence of a catalyst, such as cerium or manganese. The reactions are theoretically important in that they show that chemical reactions do not have to be dominated by equilibrium thermodynamic behavior. In this sense, they provide an interesting chemical model of nonequilibrium biological phenomena, and the mathematical models of the BZ reactions themselves are of theoretical interest. An essential aspect of the BZ reaction is its so called “excitability” — under the influence of stimuli, patterns develop in what would otherwise be a perfectly quiescent medium. Some clock reactions such as Briggs–Rauscher and BZ using the tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) chloride as catalyst can be excited into self-organising activity through the influence of light.

Note que uma das áreas de pesquisas da Matrix/DNA foi aberta quando penso ter descoberto que as variações da luz em frequencias, períodos e côres, correspondem às variações de um ciclo vital, portanto, existe a possibilidade de que ( desde que os sistemas ditos não-vivos tambem tem a propriedade do ciclo vital e que o circuito do ciclo vital se torna a plataforma de sistema natural), a Luz seja a unidade fundamental criadora dos sistemas naturais, ou organizadora da matéria/energia em sistemas. Aqui, as tais “clock reactions” estão reforçando esta espetacular hipótese.

In this system, a vertical temperature gradient, which is created within a thin horizontal layer of liquid by heating its lower surface, drives an upward heat flux through the liquid layer. When the temperature gradient is relatively weak, heat propagates from the bottom to the top by conduction. Molecules move in a seemingly uncorrelated fashion, and no macro-order is discernable. However, once the imposed temperature gradient reaches a certain threshold value, an abrupt organizational transition takes place within the liquid layer, leading to the emergence of a metastable macroorganization of molecular motion. Molecules start moving coherently, forming hexagonal convection cells of a characteristic size. As a result of the organizational transition, conduction is replaced by convection, and the rate of energy/matter transfer through the layer increases in a stepwise manner.

O Conflito entre a Medicina Oficial e a Medicina da Matrix/DNA

O pensamento cientifico moderno está convencido que as grandes tradicionais doenças têm como causa primeira disfunções dos genes. Os modêlos da Matrix/DNA estão sugerindo que as doenças tem como causa primeira disfunção do sistema-corpo humano, ou seja, é uma disfunção sistêmica que produz a disfunção de genes.

O pensamento cientifico está convencido que genes se modificam por si próprios ou que o DNA/RNA cometem êrros de transcrição ou êrros trocando genes de posições muitas vêzes por acaso, etc. Seja como for a causa primordial estaria reduzida ao foco genético, ao DNA. Os modêlos da Matrix/DNA sugerem que os genes são apenas expressões do sistema, êste é quem produz as alterações e demais êrros.

O pensamento cientifico tomou uma atordoante bordoada com o Projeto Genoma. Estavam antes convencidos no lema “uma doença, um gene”, portanto o mapeamento do DNA seria a solução, pois bastaria comparar mapas de pessoas sadias com mapas de pessoas doentes e detectar o gene responsavel. Com a realização do projeto o mapa obtido mostrou que não é assim: uma doença é produto de muitos genes alterados em várias regiões do DNA e não se sabe porque se conectam na disfunção nem como se conectam. Praticamente voltamos à estaca zero e as doenças continuam torturando e matando seres humanos

Os modêlos da Matrix/DNA apresentam uma fórmula do sistema universal perfeito. E diz que todas as arquiteturas materiais são aglomerados de sistemas derivados daquela fórmula. O próprio DNA tem como unidade fundamental de informação, como buiding block, conjuntos de quatro nucleotideos, o qual é uma cópia da fórmula universal. Portanto o DNA é uma pilha de derivados de um unico sistema. A fórmula mostra como é a conexão entre as partes. Ela ajuda a identificar as partes auto-conectadas com suas funções no sistema. Ela conduz a identificar e separar os sistemas dentro das networks que compõem uma arquitetura, seja uma galáxia ou um corpo humano. E sendo a fórmula do sistema perfeito, ela se presta a ser comparada com todos os sistemas isolados da arquitetura, mostrando onde estão as disfunções e provavelmente as causas. Basta erradicar as causas apontadas e o corpo funciona perfeito.

O pensamento cientifico moderno nada sabe sôbre a Matrix/DNA, eu sou a unica pessoa que está tentando divulga-la e sómente através dêste website. Sou a unica pessoa que está testando a fórmula contra fatos reais naturais e estudando-a, dia a dia. 30 anos fazendo isto me convenceram que a fórmula é real.

No minimo, a fórmula tem que se tornar conhecida… e mesmo que for destruída como irreal, este assunto de doenças não pode recusar nenhuma possibilidade de tentativa.

O que você tem a dizer efazer sôbre isso tudo? Tem alguem com cancer, alzheimer, obesidade, alto colesterol. diabete, etc., na familia? Tens certeza que estarás sempre livre destes flagelos? 1) Molecular Changes Found Responsible for Depression in Women

For the first time, molecular-level changes have been detected in the brains of depressed women. The findings reveal that there is a connecting link between the two hypotheses of biological mechanisms leading to mental illness. The research was conducted by scientists at School of Medicine, University of Pittsburg and findings were published in the journal Molecular Psychiatry.

The study author Dr. Etienne Sibille, Associate Professor, Pitt School of Medicine, noted that very little research has been done on mental illnesses of women, although they are twice as likely as men to suffer from severe and frequent depression. The outcomes of research will provide better understanding of one of the most common psychiatric illnesses.

In the study, post-mortem brain tissue samples of 21 depressed women and 21 similar women without any history of depression were examined. The researchers observed reduced expression of certain genes, including the one for brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), in depressed women as compared to their peers. Also, the expression of genes responsible for neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) was drastically low in depressed women. These changes were observed in amygdala, a part of human brain responsible in sensing and expressing emotion.

The scientists next focused on the impacts of BDNF on GABA cells by genetically engineering mice to carry different mutations in BDNF gene. They identified two mutations that led to same reduction in GABA subtype and also reflected other changes witnessed in depressed human brains. The finding will enhance future research on depression.

Psychiatrists and researchers have surmised many times in the past that reduced BDNF levels play key role in depression, and they have also hypothesized that reduced activity of GABA is an important factor.

Dr. Sibille said that their work has linked the two concepts together by demonstrating that, first, BDNF is evidently low in depression and, second, low BDNF influences particular subtypes of GABA in a way that develops characteristics we observe in depressed brains.

The researchers have continued with exploration of molecular pathways between BDNF and GABA. The project received funding from National Institute of Mental Health.
